Ohio eHealth Legal Assessment: Progress and Challenges

Mr. Hooper presented Ohio eHealth Assessment: Progress and Challenges at the landmark Ohio Health Information Symposium sponsored by The Health Policy Institute of Ohio and the Ohio Health Information Technology Steering Committee with help from The eHealth Initiative. As a contributor to the symposium, Mr. Hooper presented on the implications of Ohio law on efforts to encourage and bolster information technology initiatives in the health care industry.
