Represented Atlas Cinemas in the negotiation of a lease agreement with Coral Shaker Square LLC. Atlas Cinemas is the largest independent theatre operator in Greater Cleveland, with 57 screens across five properties – before adding Shaker Square Cinemas to its portfolio.
