Rotunda Capital Partners, represented by Benesch, has acquired a majority stake in Munch’s Supply Co. Munch’s Supply distributes heating and cooling supplies to area dealers and contractors, and is headquartered in Lenox, IL, southwest of Chicago. It operates seven branches in Chicago and Northwest Indiana with 350,000 square feet of warehouse space in total (http://www.munchsupply.com/).
Rotunda invests in businesses with enterprise values from $15 million to $100 million. Located in Washington, DC and Chicago, the firm has completed eight platform investments and realized two exits since its founding in 2009.
