We regularly counsel businesses in their day-to-day matters with respect to environmental issues relating to deals. In the ordinary course of our day-to-day environmental practice, we represent corporate and real estate clients in the drafting and negotiation of complex environmental indemnities, environmental escrows, and representations and warranties to appropriately manage and allocate environmental exposure and risk.
