The Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group has extensive experience in collateral issues and understands the different methods of perfecting security interests in various types of collateral. We have documented both the traditional perfection of accounts receivable, inventory and equipment, as well as the more unique items such as artwork, rare coins and propane gas.
