Loan Maintenance & Modifications

The Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group works closely with lending officers in the day-to-day maintenance of existing credit facilities.

We advise on complex legal issues and give input on more routine matters. When necessary, we modify existing loan documentation to deal with changes in the borrower’s business and creditworthiness, as well as document add-on acquisitions.
