Quincie focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including IP litigation, data privacy and security, and IP transactions. She advises clients on identifying and mitigating risk, protecting key assets, and navigating the intersection of technology and IP rights.
During law school, Quincie externed with the University of California, San Francisco Office of Sponsored Research on the Business Contracts team, where she drafted and negotiated sales and service agreements and professional services contracts for a range of campus departments. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ethan P. Schulman in the San Francisco Superior Court’s complex litigation department, gaining experience with case strategy, motion practice and courtroom dynamics. Additionally, Quincie worked with Los Angeles JusticeCorps, assisting self-represented litigants with family law matters including divorce, paternity and unlawful detainer.
