She also counsels numerous retail and e-commerce clients, helping them to protect their intellectual property and provide solutions to combat any traditional and online advertising issues that may arise. She has represented companies in all phases of dispute resolution and litigation in courts across the country, including arbitration, federal and state courts, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancellation and opposition proceedings, and ICANN domain name proceedings. Shandice also has experience drafting memoranda in federal and state courts throughout the United States on a variety of substantive and procedural issues.
