Whitney is an experienced litigator with more than a decade of experience in state and federal courts representing clients in complex commercial, consumer protection and intellectual property matters with a particular emphasis on defending retailers, manufacturers, distributors and suppliers in consumer-facing disputes. In addition to courthouse litigation, Whitney regularly counsels clients on Proposition 65, environmental and privacy claims, labor and employment disputes, supply-chain risk management and brand protection.
