Whitney is recognized for her focused, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to client success. She works closely with clients, helping them identify risk, avoid unnecessary exposure and develop proactive strategies that protect both their brands and bottom lines. Her broad industry experience spans retail, global supply chain, and food and beverage, providing her a nuanced understanding of how legal disputes impact operational realities.
Prior to joining Benesch, Whitney was an attorney in a prominent litigation boutique in San Francisco. She earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and holds a B.A. in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
