Benesch’s Labor Group Continues to Grow

Press Releases

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to announce that Eric M. Flagg has joined the Cleveland office.

Eric is an associate in Benesch’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and focuses on all aspects of employment litigation. He counsels his clients on wage and hour and reduction in force matters, and has experience defending employers in discrimination claims arising under the ADA and comparable state laws before state courts and administrative agencies.

“Eric is an outstanding addition to our team,” said Eric Baisden, Co-Chair, Labor & Employment Practice Group. “Increasing our capacity to deliver quality work for our clients facing complex employment litigation is a key priority for us in Cleveland and around the country.”

Eric received his B.S. in Wellness Management, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York, College at Oswego in 2016, and earned a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Penn State Law in 2019. As a student at Penn State Law, Eric clerked in Williamsport, Pennsylvania with Judge Nancy L. Butts of the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to joining Benesch, Eric practiced with a corporate law firm in New York.

*Eric is admitted to practice in New York only. Not yet admitted to practice in Ohio.
