Mr. Blubaugh has also been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the area of Transportation Law and has been ranked in Band 1 (the highest ranking) on a national basis by Chambers. He is a Past President of the Transportation Lawyers Association, currently serves as outside General Counsel to the Intermodal Association of North America as well as to the Transportation Intermediaries Association, and is a Past President of the Columbus Roundtable of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Mr. Blubaugh will moderate the panel.

Jim Newsome, President and Chief Executive Officer of the South Carolina Ports Authority.
The SC Ports Authority is a top 10 U.S. container port and owns and operates the Port of Charleston, Port of Georgetown, Inland Port Greer, and Inland Port Dillion. Mr. Newsome had an extensive career in the ocean container shipping industry before joining the port and, with twelve years in his current position, he is now the longest serving leader of a major container port in the United States. Mr. Newsome will provide the unique perspective of the ports.
Karen Wells, Director of Global Trade Compliance and Transportation, Global Supply Chain, at Cintas Corporation.
Cintas, a publicly-traded Fortune 500 company, had over $7 billion in sales last fiscal year and serves over a million customers in the U.S. and Canada. Cintas provides specialty products to help customers keep their facilities and employees clean, safe, and looking their best. The company’s offerings include uniforms, mats, mops, restroom supplies, first aid and safety products, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, alarm services, and the like. Ms. Wells will provide the shipper’s perspective.
