We also coordinate closely with colleagues in finance, environmental and real estate litigation to ensure the construction agreements support the capital structure and long-term asset objectives.
While disputes can arise on complex projects, we work to position clients contractually and through insurance to minimize exposure and preserve leverage if a conflict develops.
