Regulatory Practice

Important policy decisions are made by Ohio regulatory agencies and the Benesch team works closely with the key regulators all the time. Benesch works to shape agency rules and to implement them in ways most favorable to its clients. When administrative litigation arises, Benesch advocates before administrative law judges, all the way up through the court system. Benesch has been recognized by Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” in the area of Administrative/Regulatory law in both Cleveland and Columbus.
