Benesch's Women's Initiative

Benesch’s Women’s Initiative, also known as WIN, is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, knowing that it helps us bring a broader perspective to our clients and smart, innovative solutions to their legal needs.

In particular, WIN works with firm leadership to develop and conduct innovative programming to support team-building and knowledge-sharing. WIN organizes the firm’s celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, recognizing the role that women have played in the legal profession.

WIN also supports and promotes the programming of B-Sharp, which serves as a platform for our women clients.
