Benesch welcomes Claire Brennan as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago.
Claire focuses her practice on complex litigation and has experience in preparing and executing comprehensive litigation strategies from initial client intake through trial. In her five years of practice, Claire has litigated in both state and federal court in the areas of breach of contract, business torts, declaratory actions, trust, and estate claims, eviction, and breach of lease, fraud claims, and more. Claire has also had meaningful trial experience as a young attorney, including acting as the second chair in a federal jury trial, first chairing a probate trial regarding estate assets, and first chairing multiple data breach claims across the country.
Claire received her B.A. from The University of San Francisco and her J.D. from Northwestern University Law School.
