Benesch Adds Partner Sam Stucker, Expands Corporate Group in Chicago

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Stucker as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the firm’s Chicago office.
Sam is an experienced corporate attorney who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and transactional matters.
“Sam’s experience with private equity and M&A is a great fit for our growing corporate group, which is always striving to find new ways to support our clients at all stages and in all types of transactions as they grow and execute their strategic plans,” said Managing Partner Gregg Eisenberg. “We are very pleased to welcome Sam to the Benesch team.”
Prior to joining Benesch, Sam was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Sam holds a B.S. in business management from Clemson University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
