Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP Announces 43 Attorneys Named Ohio Super Lawyers

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP is pleased to recognize five attorneys in their Columbus office named as 2004 Ohio Super Lawyers.Orla E. Collier III, Janet K. Feldkamp, John A. Gleason, N. Victor Goodman, and Mark D. Tucker were selected as top attorneys in their fields.Thirty-eight attorneys in the Firm’s Cleveland office were also named.

The Ohio Super Lawyers were determined through a process that included a balloting of more than 33,000 Ohio attorneys, a screening of credentials and a review by a blue ribbon panel of lawyers from each area of practice.

DOJ Announces First Healthcare Fraud Declination Under the New Department-Wide Corporate Enforcement Policy

The Department of Justice declined to prosecute a healthcare company that voluntarily disclosed misconduct, cooperated with investigators, fixed compliance issues and agreed to repay affected parties. This is the first healthcare fraud declination under DOJ’s new Corporate Enforcement Policy and shows the agency is willing to reward companies that come forward when problems are discovered.
