Jennifer is Partner‑in‑Charge of the firm’s Wilmington office and has more than two decades of experience handling both the transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidations and out‑of‑court workouts. She regularly represents debtors, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees and parties to adversary proceedings nationwide, including matters in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She appears before state and federal courts throughout these jurisdictions.

Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including energy, healthcare, lending, manufacturing, private equity, real estate, retail, technology, telecommunications and transportation. In addition, she maintains a Delaware opinion practice focused on aspects of Delaware law and select areas of federal law, including bankruptcy.
