July 15, 2026

Benesch is pleased to announce that Real Estate Partner Kelly Noll has been named to GlobeSt. CRE’s 2026 Aspiring Leaders list, recognizing rising professionals who are shaping the future of the commercial real estate industry.

Honorees were selected through a competitive nomination and review process, which evaluated candidates based on their leadership potential, career achievements, industry involvement and commitment to advancing the commercial real estate profession. The annual recognition highlights influential attorneys making a meaningful impact on the industry and helping shape its future nationwide.

“Kelly is an exceptional attorney whose depth of experience, strategic insight and commitment to client service continue to distinguish her in the real estate industry,” said Benesch Real Estate Chair and Firm Administrative Partner Jeff Wild. “This recognition reflects not only her impressive body of work, but also the leadership and perspective she brings to our clients and our firm.”

With significant experience across the real estate landscape, Kelly is a go-to advisor on high-stakes deals throughout the U.S., handling hundreds of millions of dollars in complex transactions each year. She represents some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity funds, institutional investors, developers and commercial real estate owners in a wide range of matters.

In addition to her transactional work, Kelly has earned a national reputation for leading complex acquisition, disposition and development matters. She is also a Benesch AI Commission member, working both internally and with clients to integrate AI into daily functions as it continues to shape the legal and commercial real estate sectors. Kelly has led key conversations on this topic across the industry, most recently serving as a panelist for “AI and the Future of Real Estate” at an October 2025 Commercial Women in Real Estate (CREW) event and presenting on AI in commercial real estate at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Cleveland’s 2025 International Women’s Day program.

Beyond her client and industry leadership work, Kelly co-chairs Benesch’s Pro Bono Committee and received the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland’s Access to Justice Award. She has also been consistently recognized for her professional excellence, including being listed for the fifth consecutive year in Chambers USA (2025) as a Band 4 attorney in Real Estate.
