Benesch Partner Rena Andoh Named to Crain’s New York Business 2026 “Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting and Law” List

Benesch is proud to share that Litigation Partner Rena Andoh has been named to Crain’s New York Business 2026 “Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting and Law” list, an honor that recognizes influential professionals making significant contributions to their organizations, industries and communities.
Honorees are selected based on their demonstrated accomplishments, professional success and industry impact. The recognition celebrates leaders who advance their professions through innovation, mentorship and community involvement.
“Rena is an exceptional litigator whose strategic judgment, advocacy skills and commitment to client service have earned the respect of clients, colleagues and the broader legal community,” said Benesch Litigation Managing Chair Erik Connolly. “This recognition reflects the significant impact she has made in the profession.”
Rena has substantial trial and arbitration hearing experience, including serving as lead and first-chair trial counsel in complex commercial, employment, intellectual property and trade secret litigation matters. She also routinely handles expedited proceedings involving restraining orders, attachments and injunctions.
She maintains an active appellate practice and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Appellate Division, First Department of the New York State Supreme Court. She has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts, as well as before domestic and international arbitration forums, including the AAA, ICDR, JAMS, FINRA, SMA and ICC. She also handles internal and government investigations arising from or related to civil disputes and advises clients on complex electronic discovery matters, including the forensic preservation and analysis of electronic devices.
Throughout her career, Rena has earned numerous professional recognitions, including being named a Crain’s New York Notable Woman in Law, a Super Lawyers New York Rising Star and an LCLD Fellow. She also received the Seymour Goldstein Memorial Prize for Achievement in Labor Law, recognizing her excellence and contributions to the legal profession.
