Benesch Welcomes Associate to Litigation Group in Cleveland

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Bianca Smith to the Litigation Practice Group, along with the White Collar Group, in Cleveland.
Bianca has experience collaborating with a robust team of litigators in various practice areas, including commercial litigation, labor and employment, product liability, soft intellectual property and white-collar defense. She has also performed extensive legal research involving commercial litigation topics such as class certification, federal statutes, employment law, and affirmative defenses.
Bianca earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, her M.S. from Tiffin University, and her Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University.
