Blubaugh Elected President-Elect of Transportation Lawyers Association

Benesch is pleased to announce that Marc S. Blubaugh has been elected President-Elect of the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA). He will serve a one-year term, which became effective on May 2 at TLA’s Annual Meeting.

Founded in 1937, TLA is an independent, international bar association whose members assist providers and commercial users of logistics and transportation services. TLA attorneys located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe represent both providers and users of transportation and logistics services from all modes of the transportation industry, including air, rail, truck and maritime companies. Mr. Blubaugh is a partner with Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group.
