Benesch represented Chroma Color Corporation, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners and a leading specialty color and additive concentrate supplier serving the global plastics marketplace, in its recent acquisition of Plastics Color Corporation, including two facilities in Asheboro, North Carolina and Calumet City, Illinois.
The transaction was led by Julie Price and Ryan Williams.
