David M. Hopkins Named to the 2022 National Black Lawyers Association “Top 40 Under 40”

The firm is pleased to announce that David M. Hopkins has been named to The National Black Lawyers Association’s “Top 40 Under 40 in Ohio” for 2022. The NBL hand-selects influential lawyers who have a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and who are leaders in their respective practice areas.

The National Black Lawyers is an organization that maintains a national network of the top black attorneys in each state. Its members are plaintiff and defense lawyers, represent law firms from across the nation, and specialize in a variety of practice areas.

David is an associate in Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and represents clients in the construction, health care, and insurance industries in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, indemnification, and subrogation actions among others. He has also represented clients in the banking, technology, and food production industries in various civil cases, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and securities actions, as well as clients in the food service and manufacturing industries in employment litigation and employment counseling matters.
