Benesch is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Kosc has been named partner-in-charge of the firm’s Indianapolis office. He will serve a three-year term.
Jeff will oversee the operation of the 17-attorney office while maintaining his active legal practice. Jeff is a member of the firm’s Innovations, Information Technology & Intellectual Property (3iP) Practice Group and the Group’s Transactions Lead. Benesch’s Managing Partner, Gregg Eisenberg, said, “Jeff is one of the best IP transactional attorneys around. He is a dynamic leader with a fresh and creative perspective. I look forward to working with him in our Indianapolis office.”
Jeff concentrates his practice on transactional and litigation matters in the areas of intellectual property, information technology, data security, privacy, e-commerce, telecommunications, and advertising, sweepstakes and promotions.
