Benesch has announced the addition of Lauren Tapper as Chief Talent Officer, a newly created firmwide leadership role. Tapper will oversee attorney recruitment, integration, professional development, and DEI initiatives across the firm’s offices.
The hire comes as Benesch continues to expand nationally and invest in infrastructure to support its growth. Tapper brings more than 20 years of experience in legal talent strategy.
