May 22, 2025
Benesch is pleased to announce that Lauryn Robinson, Managing Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, has been named a 2025 40 Under 40 Emerging Legend by the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF). This annual honor recognizes changemakers ages 25–39 in Northeast Ohio for their professional achievements, leadership and positive community impact.
BPACF’s 40 Under 40 program celebrates professionals who lead with purpose and serve as role models for the next generation, promoting excellence across the professional community. Honorees are celebrated at the 40 Under 40 Emerging Legends Salute, held at Cleveland’s historic Karamu House Theatre, the oldest producing Black theatre in the United States.
Lauryn represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on consumer class actions and transportation and logistics-related disputes. She defends retail and e-commerce companies against claims involving unfair or deceptive business practices and provides practical guidance on risk mitigation. Lauryn also advises carriers, brokers and logistics providers on a wide range of contractual disputes.
She has been recognized as a 2024 Crain’s Cleveland Notable Woman in Law, was selected to The National Black Lawyers Association’s “Top 40 Under 40” Attorneys in Ohio list in 2023 and was named a 2025 LCLD Pathfinder.
