Benesch is pleased to announce that Leslie Hines has joined the firm as an associate in the Cleveland office.
Leslie provides counsel on a myriad of issues in labor and employment law. She has represented businesses of all sizes in complex litigation matters in state and federal jurisdictions nationwide. Leslie has extensive experience defending multi-state class actions in all stages of litigation. She has obtained excellent results for her clients including defeating certification, achieving decertification, and in trials resulting in complete defense verdicts. Leslie also has significant experience representing employers enforcing and defending non-competition agreements and misappropriation of trade secret claims in several states.
Leslie received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2008 and her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Miami University in 2005.
