CLEVELAND, OHIO – October 21, 2008 – Beth Rosenbaum has joined Benesch as Of Counsel in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group.
Ms. Rosenbaum focuses her practice on health care matters, including assisting clients in licensure and certification, state and federal regulatory compliance and commercial business transactions. She is experienced in providing corporate training in the areas of health care regulatory compliance and in employee practices.
As former general counsel for a nursing home operator, Ms. Rosenbaum is also well-versed in handling corporate counsel and employment matters. Her skills include preparation, negotiation and review of contracts, preparation and review of employee handbooks and policies, and representation at administrative agencies, such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Ms. Rosenbaum received her J.D. from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1988 and her B.A. in Public Administration from Miami University in 1985. She currently resides in Beachwood, OH, where she has been a member of the Beachwood Board of Education since 2000 and is currently serving a one-year term as President.
