Seth Kleinman, Chair of Benesch’s Special Situations Practice Group and Vice Chair of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, was recently quoted in the Law360 article, “Sunnova, Wolfspeed Top 2025 Bankruptcies: Midyear Report.”

The article covers Law360’s 2025 midyear bankruptcy report, highlighting how shifting federal policies, aggressive tariffs, and broader economic pressures have fueled major Chapter 11 filings—including those by Sunnova, Marelli, Wolfspeed, and 23andMe.
