Weinberg Capital Group Exits North American Kitchen Solutions, Inc. (dba Hoodmart)

Benesch represented Weinberg Capital Group (“WCG”) in the sale of its interest in North American Kitchen Solutions, Inc. (dba Hoodmart). WCG acquired Hoodmart in early 2016 due to its strong brand name and its disruptive customer-direct sales model. During the years, Hoodmart nearly tripled its sales and now a nationally recognized brand positioned for growth.

Weinberg Capital Group is a Cleveland based private investment firm that invests in middle market companies located through the U.S. with annual revenue from $10 to $100 million. WCG current portfolio covers a broad range of industries including manufacturing, business services, consumer products, aerospace. and value-added distribution.
