Wild Appointed to Board of Directors of Cleveland Development Advisors

Benesch is pleased to announce that Jeffrey J. Wild has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Cleveland Development Advisors (CDA).
Established in 1989, CDA provides resources as well as local knowledge and professional expertise-collaborating with developers, financiers, and community stakeholders to structure the financing of important, catalytic projects in Cleveland. CDA is a subsidiary of the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP), an association of business members, that mobilizes private-sector leadership, expertise, and resources to create jobs and leverage investment to improve the economic vitality of the region.
Mr. Wild is a partner and Vice Chair of Benesch’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. With over 14 years of legal experience, Mr. Wild’s main concentration is commercial real estate law, with a primary focus on development, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
