Anushkay Raza advises public and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She helps clients navigate the legal and business issues that arise throughout the deal process, managing risk while advancing their business objectives.

Anushkay counsels clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including strategic transactions, private equity investments, cross-border acquisitions, commercial contracts, complex restructurings, corporate governance and securities law. Her experience spans all stages of the transaction process, from due diligence and deal structuring through negotiation and closing. Anushkay is also a frequent writer on corporate law and family office matters.
