Overview

Ron is a seasoned operations and administrative professional with extensive experience supporting law firms and professional services organizations. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to motivate teams to perform at their best, Ron helps drive the efficient day-to-day operations of the Chicago office while ensuring attorneys and staff have the resources and support they need to succeed.

In his role, Ron oversees administrative support, facilities and vendor management, human resources functions, budgeting, office services, and staff management. Prior to joining Benesch, he served as Regional Office Administrator at Dinsmore & Shohl, where he managed administrative operations across four offices. Ron’s experience spans process improvement, organizational leadership, team development, systems and technology implementation, and project management.

Ron is also a proud United States Marine Corps veteran. During his military service as a Communications Center Operator, he supervised and coordinated the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of data, telecommunications, and computer systems. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for his service during Operation Desert Storm, among other honors. Ron earned his B.A. in Business Operations, cum laude, from DePaul University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
