Overview


Caitlin focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation, advising private equity firms and strategic clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, take-private deals and minority investments.

She guides clients through the seamless integration of benefit plans and programs, including implementing new programs, evaluating transition opportunities and consolidating existing plans. Caitlin helps identify potential integration challenges early and provides practical guidance.

Her experience spans a broad range of employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, such as 401(k), defined benefit and multiemployer plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation arrangements, and Affordable Care Act and ERISA compliance.

Caitlin is known for providing creative, solutions-oriented counsel tailored to each client’s business objectives, helping them navigate even the most nuanced and complex challenges.

Prior to joining Benesch, Caitlin practiced at Kirkland & Ellis.
