Overview
Jodi is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation, and Transportation & Logistics Group and brings to the firm over 30 years of paralegal experience. She performs as a paralegal and legal executive assistant to Benesch’s Vice Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, Co-Chair Transportation & Logistics Group, and is the gatekeeper between Benesch’s offices for client matters.
Jodi’s experience extends to all phases of litigation. She has supported attorneys in all types of civil litigation, with emphasis in the areas of transportation law, insurance coverage, bad faith, business litigation, product liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. She has assisted attorneys in all facets of trial and witness preparation, prepared and organized trial and deposition exhibits. She has comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and appellate local rules, and extensive e-filing experience in these courts and is proficient in numerous litigation software.
