David Orzel brings over 20 years of technology and leadership experience to his role as Director of Infrastructure & End-User Services. He oversees Benesch’s enterprise technology systems, network infrastructure and service desk operations, ensuring a secure, high-availability operating environment tailored to the demands of a modern law firm.

Having progressed from early practitioner roles in desktop support and systems engineering to executive leadership, David combines deep technical grounding with a practical, business-focused approach. The majority of his career has been dedicated to driving operational excellence across highly regulated sectors, including legal, insurance and financial services.

David collaborates closely with firm management and cross-functional teams, including Information Security, to modernize core infrastructure and deliver frictionless, user-centric IT support.
