Brahma to Join Benesch's DEI Committee as Co-Chair

Benesch is pleased to announce that Charanjit Brahma will be joining Margo Wolf O’Donnell, Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, and Juan Morado Jr., Partner with Benesch’s Healthcare+ Practice Group, as one of the Co-Chairs of the Firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Charan is a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. He focuses his practice on patent litigation and other intellectual property matters, primarily for pharmaceutical and technology clients. His trial focus helps him work with clients to craft efficient litigation strategies that meet their business objectives. Charan is a recipient of the Minority Bar Coalition 2021 MBC Unity Award and has also been named Nation’s Best – Western Region, Lawyers of Color. In addition, he has been listed as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers® in 2022 for litigation - Intellectual Property. Charan serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees of his law school alma mater and as Vice President of Conference and on the Executive Committee of the South Asian Bar Association of North America.
