My Benesch My Team Campaign – Alliant Credit Union

What began as a credit union for United Airlines employees more than 80 years ago is now one of the largest credit unions in the country, with 550 employees, nearly 400,000 members and more than $10 billion in assets. How did you start working with Benesch?

I’ve worked with Margo Wolf O’Donnell for a few years. I was thrilled that she joined Benesch and we are continuing our great, strong relationship.

What does Benesch do for you?

Benesch serves as specialized outside counsel for us. Margo and her team function as an on-call resource—on labor and employment matters.

Margo has also provided EEOC-approved training to our managers on building and maintaining a compliant workplace, free of discrimination, harassment and implicit bias.
