Benesch represented Meridian Adhesives Group, a leading producer of high-performance advanced adhesives for electronics, infrastructure, and industrial end markets, in its sale to American Securities a leading U.S. private equity firm. American Securities acquired Meridian Adhesives Group in partnership with Arsenal Capital Partners.
The Benesch team was led by Julie M. Price and included Richard F. Tracanna and Ryan J. Williams.
