Benesch Adds Amelia Parker to Corporate Team in Chicago

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to welcome Associate Amelia Parker to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Chicago.
Amelia focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and reorganizations. Prior to joining Benesch, Amelia worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Associate where she engaged in buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence for a wide array of clients, as well as assisted with client reorganizations.
Amelia earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.S. in Psychology, Minor in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
