Benesch welcomes associate Laura A. Seferian to the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago.
Laura’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, primarily focused on breach of contract, fraud and intellectual property disputes. She is experienced with developing case strategies and drafting discovery requests, as well as pleading and dispositive motions. Prior to joining Benesch, Laura was an associate at Dentons US LLP. She received her B.S. from Loyola University Chicago, and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
Laura has also managed staff and vendors to complete eDiscovery and coordinate case goals consistent with clients’ business objectives. Laura successfully represented clients pro bono in civil protection order matters in the Superior Court of D.C. from inception of case to completion.
Laura is one of over 20 new attorneys to join Benesch so far this year. Since making its debut on the AmLaw 200 list in 2016, Benesch has advanced 31 places and is currently ranked at number 164.
