Benesch Adds Associate to Corporate Team in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Dylan Rosenfield to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York.
Dylan has a wide range of experience in the Corporate, Finance, and Pro Bono practice areas. He has conducted due diligence for over two dozen middle market acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures in energy, hospitality, insurance, batteries, technology, storage and healthcare industries. Dylan drafted operating agreements and written consents in connection with portfolio entity formation, conversion and dissolution. He managed diligence work streams with local external counsel as part of cross-border deals. Dylan maintained closing checklists and organized closing documents for over two dozen corporate strategic acquisitions.
In addition, Dylan has drafted written consents, diligence reports, officer’s certificates, and perfection certificates for private equity companies as borrowers in various credit facilities. Dylan also represented a family from Honduras pro bono in their defensive asylum proceedings before the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office of Immigration Review.
Dylan earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Government and American History from Vanderbilt University.
