Benesch Adds Associate to Labor & Employment Team in Cleveland

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Hannah Kraus to the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Cleveland.

Hannah specializes in employment matters such as wrongful termination, trade secret disputes, and employment discrimination. She has drafted various kinds of legal agreements and documents, and has prepared extensive employment policies and handbooks. Hannah has also advised clients on matters relating to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Hannah earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and her B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from The Ohio State University.
