Benesch Adds Associate to Real Estate Team in Cleveland

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Evan McLaughlin to the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group in Cleveland.
Evan focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. He has experience reviewing title, survey, and zoning for acquisitions and development of industrial, multi-family, retail, and self-storage assets and preparing email summaries of diligence issues for clients. Additionally, he has experience drafting title objection letters, closing documents, amendments to purchase and sale agreements, consents, officer’s certificates, and notices to extend closing/terminate agreements.
Evan earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Lawrence University.
