Benesch earned Best Law Firms^® National Tier 1 recognition in four areas: Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law, Commercial Litigation, Health Care Law and Transportation Law. Several of Benesch’s practices also earned new or improved metropolitan rankings from Best Law Firms^®. In Chicago, Litigation – Patent, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, Energy Law and Banking and Finance Law all earned regional rankings.
