Benesch welcomes Mark Larsen an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Cleveland.
Mark focuses his practice on corporate & securities. He has experience consulting clients on a variety of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) related matters. This includes testing ESOPs for compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, preparing a variety of IRS and DOL filings, and designing leveraged ESOP transactions that are bank-financed, seller-financed, or a combination of both.
Mark received his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law.
