As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Partner Nisha Patel to the Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group in Chicago.
Nisha focuses her practice on representing banks, financial institutions, non-traditional lenders, borrowers, and investors in connection with commercial lending and finance transactions.
Nisha’s practice also includes leveraged buyout financings for acquisitions, litigation financing, and M&A transactions. She has considerable experience with structuring, negotiating, and documenting a variety of commercial finance transactions involving large and middle-market companies, including health care loans, syndicated loans, asset-based loans, senior and subordinated debt, venture debt, and debtor-in-possession financings. Her experience extends to working with clients on loan modifications, collateral issues, and workouts.
Nisha received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign.
