As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Partner Vince Nardone to the Benesch Healthcare+ and Tax Practice Groups in Columbus.
Vince serves as a business advisor to owners and executives of closely-held businesses by counseling them on business planning, tax planning and controversy, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and legal issues that may arise in business operations.
Vince is dedicated to fully understanding the industries in which each client operates to provide the most strategic and highly effective business, tax, and legal advice. He also represents healthcare organizations and providers, including medical doctors, dentists, and veterinarians. He has handled merger and acquisition transactions in healthcare, professional services firms, and other general businesses, including start-ups.
In addition to his law degree, Vince holds a Master of Taxation degree, leveraging that knowledge to assist clients in all aspects of tax planning, tax controversy, and structuring of business operations. Vince previously served as an adjunct professor at Capital University’s Graduate Tax Center, where he taught attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in the areas of business planning, tax planning, and controversy. He is a frequent speaker and presenter throughout the country on tax and business planning issues impacting closely held businesses.
Vince received his J.D. from Capital University Law School, and his B.A. from Duquesne University.
