Benesch Adds Partner Jackie Ruch, Expands Corporate Group in New York

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to announce the addition of Jackie Ruch as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the firm’s New York office.

Jackie represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, restructurings, growth investments and other investments, including control and non-control investments and co-investments.

Jackie has experience with domestic as well as crossborder transactions in a wide range of industries and sectors, with a particular emphasis on healthcare. She also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. Jackie’s concentrations include private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital & emerging companies and buyouts & exits.

Prior to joining Benesch, Jackie was a corporate partner at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Jackie holds a B.S. from New York University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
